Z-Ro Explains He Went After 50 Cent for J. Prince & DJ Screw

Houston rapper Z-Ro dissed 50 Cent on Fif's own beat on Scarface's 2003 track "Bitch N*gga." While Z mentions Murder Inc in his bars, Z explained to DJ Vlad in a new video that he didn't do it on behalf of Ja Rule and company.

"I don’t know nobody from Murder Inc," he said.

Instead, he came after Fif because he had said grimy things about his boss J. Prince.

"To be honest, I had blind loyalty. It had something to do with J. Prince," Z-Ro explained, adding that when he got in trouble with the law, Prince and Rap-a-lot took care of everything.  "And all if this sh*t is happening because I signed to J. Prince.  Now you well off ... If somebody got a problem with J., they got a problem with me.  If somebody f*ck with J, they f*ck up what he's got going on with me.  I didn't know nobody personal."

Z added that he also didn't like how 50 had talked about DJ Screw, who wasn't around to defend himself.

Z and Fif ended up squashing their beef in 2015 when 50 came to Houston for a Canelo Alvarez fight.
