Angel Ortiz Diamond, a rapper who goes by Benjiboy Staccs and whose subject matter often involves pimping, has been arrested for pimping and pandering an 18-year-old woman.
Police began looking into Diamond when the family of the victim tipped them off.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is scheduled to appear in court today.
Authorities say Diamond would set up in 18-and-over clubs in Los Angeles where he would meet women and gain their trust. The Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force is looking for more women who may have been lured into human trafficking by Diamond.
