Even though Young Thug is in jail without bail on RICO and other charges, his Twitter account has been active.

At a hearing yesterday, the judge called out Thugger's tweeting after prosecutors raised concerns about witness intimidation and leaks of information, arguing if Thug has access to a phone to Tweet, he could also be directing retribution against witnesses.
Thug's lawyer Brain Steele pushed back on that, claiming somebody else Tweeted out the Michael Phelps message.
“The Phelps Tweet was a conversation that was recorded between [Young Thug] and a member of his close family, close friendships,"Steele said. "He asked the other person who’s in control of his Twitter account to send that, or the Instagram, maybe. That is not a reason to [restrict].”
The judge seemed to disagree. So don't expect much Tweeting for Thugger in the future.
