Young Thug began the day by social media raging at Metro Boomin, who had just dropped a long stream of Tweets about how other rappers shouldn't try to replicate his boy Future's habit of dropping a mixtape every few months, and should instead focus on quality.

Thug took this as a personal affront, and when going after Boomin,Thugger also insulted Future (but not by name) by calling him Tito Jackson.
