Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, who police say shot up Lil Wayne's tour buses in April, turned himself in to Cobb County police this morning.
He is being charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity.
There had been a warrant out for his arrest for almost a month. Police believe Winfrey, who had worked as Young Thug's tour manager, shot up the buses as they left an Atlanta show because he wanted to gain favor with the Bloods by attacking a rival rapper. Nobody was injured in the incident.
Young Thug and Lil Wayne have been very publicly beefing over the last couple months. Now that Winfrey is in custody, expect his relationship with Thugger to be scrutinized.
