Young Dolph was shot and killed outside Makeda's Cookies in his hometown of Memphis last November.
Since then, there has been a memorial for Dolph outside the cookie shop.
But it's coming down soon.
Makeda's hadn't opened up since the shooting, fearing for their safety.
Now the owner of the building is demanding the memorial goes somewhere else so Makeda's can get back to business.
"I understand you have to lease it out and run a business," community activist Frank Gotti said. "I understand it. It's his building and nobody can argue with him on that. I appreciate him for keeping it up this long."
Jeremiah Taylor, who took care of the memorial, was shot and killed last month.
His death happened away from the memorial and it's unclear it had anything to do with Dolph or the memorial.
