Last week U.S. Marshals said that 23-year-old Justin Johnson is the person who shot and killed Young Dolph in November.

Johnson already claimed his innocence and said he'd turn himself in on Monday, January 10. But he's failed to do so and released a music video instead.

The song is called "Track Hawk" and it's released under Johnson's rap moniker "Straight Dropp."

Dolph was murdered on November 17, 2021 in Memphis Tenessee at 36 years old.

Why do you believe Johnson would release new music when he's on the run for first-degree murder?
