YNW Melly has been charged with killing his YNW crew members Sakchaser and Juvy. He is also a suspect in the slaying of a cop.

There's a theory that Melly is a schizophrenic who's been done in by his violent alternate personality Melvin.

YNW has spoken on Melvin in interviews, on social media, and in the lyrics of his hit "Murder On My Mind".

"Melvin, I only let him out at night time. When the night hits, he really comes. Melvin is like, once you play with Melly, Melvin just don't like that, Melvin is on your ass. No cap. He don't play. Don't f with him. He know who he love but he got that fire inside him," Melly said of Melvin.

What do you think about that theory?

There's another theory that Melly sold his soul to the devil in exchange for success. And it temporarily worked. While we wouldn't usually entertain such nonsense, the guy advancing the theory accurately suggested Melly snuffed out Sakchaser and Juvy one month before he was charged with the crimes.
