YK Osiris Arrested For Biting and Choking Girlfriend

YK Osiris has been accused of assaulting his girlfriend. He was arrested on Monday in Atlanta, where's he's now in custody.  

TMZ says the alleged incident happened in September during the singer's birthday party. The girlfriend told police she confronted Osiris after seeing a woman on his phone wearing nothing but a towel. That started an argument, and she said the Florida artist threatened her.

"I am going to slap the sh*t out of you," Osiris is accused of saying.

His girlfriend said he then chased her into a bathroom, choked her and bit her lip. The woman had to bite his lip in return to get him off her, and the fight was broken up after that.

The police saw a mark under the accuser's left eye, where she claimed Osiris bit her. A judge denied bond after he was taken into custody, and his preliminary hearing is later on this month. The 21-year-old was charged with felony aggravated assault by strangulation.
