Slim 400, who was down with YG, was shot and killed in Inglewood, California on Wednesday night, according to TMZ. He was 33 years old.
As of now, there's no information on how many gunmen were involved or what the motive was.
The Compton-raised rapper collaborated with YG on songs like "Bruisin," "Word Is Bond,”“Twist My Fingaz,” and “When I Was Gone" during his career.
YG has yet to comment publicly on the shooting but probably will soon.
Slim was also shot 10 times in Compton in 2018 and afterward showed his bullet wounds to Nick Cannon during an interview.
He may be most famous for his beef with Tekashi 6ix9ine.
We'll update this story as more information comes in.
Rest in peace, Slim.
