YFN Lucci is now in police custody after turning himself in on Wednesday for the murder of 28-year-old James Adams, who was found shot in the head on December 10, 2020 in Southwest Atlanta.

As reported, Lucci was wanted for felony murder charges, as well as aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Two other people were also arrested for the shooting.

TMZ has released a 911 call from the night of the murder, with a woman caller saying she saw a white SUV speed by "with a man hanging out." She then said that man was pushed out into the street.

“The presumption of innocence is a fundamental constitutional right for every citizen. Beyond this, we have no further comment at this time,” said Lucci's lawyer Thomas Reynolds in a statement.

Before turning himself in, Lucci released a video for his song “Rolled On," featuring Mozzy.
