YFN Lucci will remain behind bars after a judge in Atlanta denied his bond.

On May 10, Lucci turned himself in to the police after he was named in a large racketeering indictment against the Bloods in Georgia.

“My client is, your honor, an incredibly successful artist that is very well-known nationally and even internationally," said Lucci's attorney, Drew Findling on Tuesday in a bond hearing.

"The defendant will remain in a no-bond status at this time,"Judge Thomas Cox eventually stated. "Additionally, this court revokes any bonds previously issued in this case."

On top of the RICO charges, Lucci is also facing murder charges in connection with a December 2020 shooting in Southwest Atlanta that left one man dead.

Do you think he'll do major time or walk away from all of this somehow?
