YFN Lucci just got a very sweet deal.
The Atlanta rapper, who was facing murder charges, copped a plea on one count of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act and was sentenced to ten years in prison and ten years of probation.
However, almost all the jail time will be suspended, and Lucci will be out in three and a half months.
Lucci was arrested in 2021 after a man in a car he was driving was killed in a gang-related shootout with another vehicle and then left on the side of the road.
Lucci had previously turned down a plea deal that would have him serving about 17 years in prison.
It's unclear if Lucci will be forced to testify against his YFN codefendants.
His lawyer insists Lucci won't testify in Young Thug's unrelated trial, even though part of the prosecution's RICO case against Thug and the other YSLs involves their threats against Lucci.
