by HHL JT

The RICO case against the YSLs has ended with verdicts for the last two defendants, Yak Gotti and Shannon Stillwell.

Gotti has been found not guilty on all charges, and Stillwell beat everything but a gun charge, for which he will get time served and probation.

YSL trial verdicts:

Not guilty on all counts for Deamonte “Yak Gotti” Kendrick

Not guilty on all major counts for Shannon Stillwell, then sentenced to time served and probation for single gun conviction

The verdicts are a disaster for the Fulton County DA Office, which went hard after Young Thug's crew and got very little to show in prison time.

It also calls into question Thug's decision to take a plea deal last month.  While that did get Thug home, he's dealing with some pretty serious restrictions for the next decade and would have been much better off if he just beat the charges.
