XXXTentacion got his first bit of good news in a while.
The 19-year old will be released from jail today. However, he will be under "very restrictive house arrest conditions" as he awaits trial on 15 felonies, including aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and witness tampering
XXX was thrown in jail during a pre-trial hearing last Friday. A few days earlier, he had posted information about the presiding judge and asked his fans to come to the courtroom. X's fans started harassing the judge, who then took himself off the case.
The new judge quickly concluded the 19-year old was making a mockery of the legal process and had him taken in.
Now he's back out. We don't know when his trial is going to be. Nor do we know the exact details of his house arrest. But we wouldn't be surprised if it limits his access to social media. Which is probably for the best.
