XXXTentacion Murder Suspect To Depose XXX's Mother & Baby Mother

Michael Boatwright is one of the four men accused of murdering XXXTentancion last year.

He believes that XXXTentacion's mother Cleopatra Bernard and his baby mama Jenesis Sanchez have information that is vital to his defense, and his lawyers will depose both women on September 10th.

They are also deposing Scott Barbieux, who shot the video of XXX dying after he was shot outside of a Florida motorcycle dealership

Additionally, Boatwright's lawyers claim that prosecutors haven't shared all of the evidence with them, hampering their defense. 

There is no date for the trial.
