Travis Scott has used the Cactus Jack moniker throughout his career, including putting part of it on his joint album with Quavo, Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho.
He's also named his record label Cactus Jack and that's where he's run into the WWE.
The wrestling giant is trying to block Scott from trademarking that label name because WWE wrestler Mick Foley used Cactus Jack as one of his personas during his career, and the WWE sold some merch with the name on it.
Foley left the WWE in 2012 and the WWE abandoned their trademark claim on Cactus Jack in 2010. So it would seem Scott would have a good case to grab the trademark going forward.
If Scott and Foley get together they may be able to find some common ground. Mick created the name Cactus Jack as a tribute to his father and Scott uses Cactus Jack because it was his father's nickname.
