But the traveling stripper now says she's not a traveling stripper (she's an "actress" and "recording artist") and that she wasn't involved in the extortion.

“I am not an extortionist. I had nothing to do with these recordings," Sabbag said in a press conference today.Sabbag's attorney Lisa Bloom claims that somebody else made the recording of Sabbag and Hart and thus Montia is as much of a victim in all of this as Hart is:
“It is a crime to secretly put cameras in a private place like a hotel room,” Bloom said. “It is another crime to secretly record people in a private place. It is yet another crime to distribute those images. Montia is the victim of multiple felonies under state and federal laws. “We invite Mr. Hart to join us in bringing the perpetrator to justice,” Bloom continued. “To the criminal who did this, I say you belong in prison and we are going to find you.”Bloom added that Sabbag won't sue Hart and isn't asking for "a cent" from the comedian.
TMZ reports that law enforcement has a good idea of who did try to extort Hart for eight figures, and are busy writing warrants.
The warrants will ask permission to seize cell phones, computers, and other electronic devices. They still need to be signed by a judge.
Maybe then we'll find out if Sabbag is telling the truth.
