After attending a pool party with Kylie Jenner, Tory Lanez , Megan Thee Stallion and another woman jumped in Tory's SUV.
This became notable when somebody in the car fired five shots in the air, attracting police attention.
TMZ has obtained a video of the police descending on Tory's vehicle. As you can see, all three occupants of the car were cuffed in their swimwear.
Tory was the only one arrested. Meg, who had a bloody foot, was sent to the hospital and is listed as a "victim" on the incident report, causing some speculation Tory may have shot her.
Lanez is being charged with a felony carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.
