Yesterday, Serena Williams got on social media to do a little bragging.
The night before she was on a date with who appeared to be Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian (Sorry, Drake), when a cell phone thief struck and grabbed her device off of the table. So the tennis star chased him down, out of the restaurant, and got him to return her phone. Or so she said in a Facebook post which a lot of folks were skeptical of:
It turns out she was more or less telling the truth -- save same stylistic exaggerations -- as video of the theft and Williams's reaction has been released.
Bottom line, if you are going to steal a phone from a girl, you should find one smaller than Serena Williams.
