Do you remember when Polo G got arrested in Miami last year?
His mother and manager Stacia Mac said her son and his younger brother were pulled over by police after being racially profiled.
Eventually, the rapper was charged with battery on a police officer, resisting arrest with violence, and criminal mischief — while being slapped with a $19,500 bond.
The case was later thrown out due to Polo completing anger management classes, but footage of the arrest surfaced on Thursday, July 7.
In it, the Chicago artist can be seen insulting the officer over his finances.
“You broke as hell!” Polo told the officer. “I’m just saying, do you got $10,000 in your bank account right now? ‘Cause if you die right now, what could you give your kids? If you die right now, what could you give the lady that you in bed with? What could you give to your mama? Have you ever bought your mama anything? Did you buy your mama a car? Did you buy your mama a house? I did that.”
In other footage, Polo can be seen in the precinct accusing the cop of police brutality, which the officer denies.
How would you say that Polo handled the arrest?
