Watch Police Tackle Raptors Parade Shooter [VIDEO]

The Toronto Raptors first-ever NBA Championship parade was mostly beer-chugging fun.

But a few bad actors almost ruined the day. Four people suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries when gunmen opened fire during the parade. Police have recovered two firearms and arrested three people, including this dramatic takedown of one of the shooters.
