Watch Monica Jump Off Stage To Confront A Man Hitting A Woman

Monica has always been known to be a little thuggy.  

For example, in 1998 she punched Brandy in the face backstage at an awards show.

Further proof that Monica is willing to throw hands came over the weekend when she saw a man hitting a woman at Detroit's Riverfront Music Festival.

“No, don’t you hit her like that," said the singer. "Listen, listen, listen, if y’all don’t get that n*gga up out of here. We [not] even supposed to play like that. You ain’t no n*gga like that. Is you out [of] your f*cking mind? You don’t hit no f*cking lady like that."

She then jumped off the stage and went after the guy.
