Watch Dababy Get Interrogated By Miami Police After Prime 112 Shooting

Last year, DaBaby was detained for questioning after a shooting in front of South Beach hotspot Prime 112 left two injured, one critically.

Video of the interrogation has now leaked.

DaBaby waived his Miranda rights and talked to the cops for over an hour.  During the chat, he admittedto firing his gun but said it was in response to getting shot at.

"Hell yeah, they were about to shoot me after they shot somebody and they stole a car," DaBaby said when asked if he opened fire.

Then he admitted he didn't have a permit for his gun but he has a right to defend his life.

We guess they agreed because he wasn't charged.

DaBaby has a history of shooting people and getting away with it.  Perhaps his upfront nature helps.

But, in general, you should never talk to the cops without your lawyer's input.
