Genius (formerly Rap Genius) and MTV have teamed up for a series in which they're releasing interviews from the past with unseen footage. The concept is great, because if any outlet has the footage to do this, it's MTV. They've given us one with ODB, and now they keep it in New York with the second installment.
Their latest focus is on Cam'ron from 1998. While some of the interview was played on the music network at the time, the uncut 20 plus minute interview wasn't put out. In it, Killa Cam talks about high school buddy Mase's success, his Children of the Corn days, writing for Lil Cease, why he put his mom on his album, and much more.
