In June, Bandman Kevo -- who already had a long rap sheet -- was arrested in South Florida on five separate charges including evidence tampering, resisting arrest, gun possession, and assaulting an officer.
He picked some of those charges because he fled the cops in his car. Now we have video of the troubled Chicago rapper doing the race.
Despite the video evidence, all charges were dropped against Kevo.
