Wale got a big response after calling himself one of the greatest rappers ever, which he did Wednesday, August 18 on Twitter.

From the outside looking in, it seems that Wale has always felt slighted by fans and music critics since he's rarely seen on lists that name the best rappers. For example, when a list of the top 50 rappers was released in 2019 and Wale wasn't on it, he explained why he's one of the best.
