Yesterday, a video tape of brothers in the University of Oklahoma's SAE fraternity singing a racist chant shocked and saddened all those who saw it.
But there may have been no one as shocked and saddened as Waka Flocka Flame. That's because last year Big Homie Flock shotgunned beers with and then performed a show for the SAE brothers as part of their "University of Oklahoma SAE Jungle 2014" event.
He was apparently slated to do the event again this year, but cancelled in the wake of the video showing OU SAE brothers dropping n-bombs and saying they would never accept a black member.
You can read Flame's statement below. In it, he goes out of his way to say they he doesn't think the video is representative of all the students at OU. Or even all the brothers of SAE, some of whom he had a good time with last year.
And even if Waka Flocka hadn't cancelled, the show probably wouldn't have happened, as it is unlikely the fraternity is going to survive the deserved backlash.
