The beef between Nick Cannon and Eminem has people debating big time, with some -- like 50 Cent -- suggesting no one can out rap the 8 Mile rhymer.
Waka Flocka disagrees with that and offered up at least one person who can take out Shady.
"I was arguing someone about 3 Stacks can out rap Eminem any day," wrote Waka.
