Usher's Male Herpes Accuser Details Tryst

In August, two women and one man hit Usher with lawsuits for exposing them to herpes.

Laura Helm, who is suing Usher for $20 million, revealed her identity yesterday. The man who's claiming the R&B superstar dirty dicked him has yet to make his name public.

However, TMZ has details of Usher's alleged gay encounter. According to court documents, the two had man-on-man sex in a Koreatown spa in Los Angeles.

Usher has yet to comment on the gay tryst.  Nor has he admitted that he has herpes or submitted to a drug test.

He did reportedly pay a celebrity stylist (and friend of his then-wife) $1.1 million for having unprotected with her in 2009 and giving her the STD.
