Tyrese Explains Why He'll Be Arrested Soon

Update:  He has been arrested.

Tyrese has been allegedly arrested for failing to make a $10,690 child support payment today, he made a post over the weekend warning his fans that this could happen

he's currently in a big dispute with his ex-wife, Samantha Lee

Tyrese has a court hearing today, September 9, regarding his divorce from Samantha Lee, and he believes he'll be in handcuffs.

"At 9am in the morning in Atlanta I might be arrested in court," he wrote Sunday on social media. "Samantha’s lawyer Adam Gleklen and William Alexander who are besties with Judge Kevin M Farmer [collusion]. ALL OF THESE NAMES ARE VERY PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL VERY PUBLIC JUDGES AND LAWYERS DEMANDED that I come to court and cancel my press and media for my 1992 movie and my Beautiful Pain album interviews and demanded that I come to court."
 
"We are APPEALING ALL OF HIS RULINGS AND ALREADY HAVE TRIED TO GET THIS JUDGE THROWN OFF THE BENCH TWICE….The second time we tried to get him recused from the bench [He actually denied his own request to be thrown off the bench] … imagine that???" Tyrese added.

The Watts-born singer has been incredibly emotional during his divorce, crying during an interview on The Breakfast Club last month and then shedding tears at his 1992 movie premiere soon after.

Of course, whether Tyrese is arrested remains to be seen.  He could just be stressed out and paranoid.
