Tyler, the Creator is rapping again on his new album Call Me If You Get Lost after once saying that he didn't want to be considered a rapper.
In a video that Tyler posted a few days ago, he said that Westside Gunn inspired him to rap again, while thanking DJ Drama for his past releases.
Tyler also spoke with Billboard about his return to rapping and said there's no one better than him right now.
"I just love rap so godd**n much," he said. "Listening to '[The] Dedication' with [Lil] Wayne, and ‘We Got It For Cheap’ with Clipse, they really shaped me into who I am. I think a lot of people forget that I'm a rapper because I’m so multifaceted. I just had to remind everyone, 'Don't let the wig get it twisted, y’all n****s can’t f*ck with me.'"
What's your response to Tyler's claim?
