It's really hard to compare The Beatles to Outkast, as they are from completely different eras and completely different genres.
The Beatles dominated their almost decade as a band both commercially and artistically to an extent no other act has even approached in the history of modern music. Outkast was one of the more popular and innovative acts of their time period -- which had a lot more competition and genre diversity than the Beatles'.
However, Twitter has been comparing the two legendary acts since Outkast's Twitter page shared a Twitter which said the Outkast is superior to the Beatles.

Outkast isn't the first rap act Twitter weighed against the Fab Four. Migos famously compared themselves to the Beatles and set social media off about six years ago.
