Troy Ave said some disrespectful things about Joe Budden on The Facto Show.
According to Troy, Budden -- who he calls Hoe Buttons -- is sore at him because he and Fabolous have had sex with all of Budden's girlfriends.
"The main thing that makes that n*gga emotional because I want to say Me and Fab f*cked all the woman that he's ever loved in his life. Between the two of us. Maybe it's like Desert Storm thing when he might go at Fab, might throw a little shot at me. It's cool. Just know I didn't forget. I can forgive, because you an emotional person. I don't f*ck with no emotional sh*t. But I ain't forget ... repent now, or there's going to be hell to pay."
A few years ago Troy posted a photo of Joe's then-girl Cyn Santana licking Troy's face after Budden clowned Troy for poor sales.
During The Facto Show interview, Troy also weighed in on the Tekashi 6ix9ine situation. He predicted that nobody was going to do anything to Tekashi, but added that Jim Jones should have 6ix9ine murdered because Tekashi's snitching sent Jones's boy Mel Murda to jail.
"The streets is a myth," Troy concluded.
