Troy has been at Cas's throat since Cas got locked up by the Feds on murder, racketeering, narcotics, fraud, and firearms charge, accusing Cas of being a federal informant.
Whatever Cas is, he can't make bail as he awaits his trial and has Tweeted out a series of angry messages about everyone ignoring him now that he's locked up.
