According to the New York Daily News, Troy Ave was just arrested for reckless endangerment and illegal weapons possession for shooting up the T.I. concert at Irving Place in NYC last night.
The paper has also obtained from the NYPD what appears to be video of Troy Ave opening fire. Troy's bodyguard Edgar McPhatter was killed during the shoot out, and two women were injured.
“There is clear video, very graphic video. He walks right out, women all around, and starts shooting his gun,” their source said.Check it out.
The source added that it was a feud between Troy Ave and Maino which triggered the shooting. Maino has denied there is beef between the camps. Troy was shot in the leg during the incident, but the authorities believe the wound came from his own gun.
Police are awaiting the result of ballistics tests before deciding whether to charge Troy Ave with murder.
“The investigation is moving forward very rapidly, and we expect to close it quickly,” NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said.
Update: Tory Ave has been charged with attempted murder.
