Troy Ave found himself at the center of all sorts of controversy thanks to his comments and bars about late Pro Era founder Capital Steez, who committed suicide.
First Troy stated Steez was in hell in the lyrics of the Joey Bada$$ directed diss 'Badass.' Then, On Sway In The Morning, Troy argued that having a friend who commits suicide reflects poorly on your character.
However, he's backtracked on these statements after criticism from Lox spitter Styles P.
If you never experienced a family committing suicide you have no fukn idea about that pain . NONE..

But one thing Troy isn't apologizing for is a slew of negative comments he made about Nas five years ago -- which Joey Bada$$ resurrected earlier this week to damage his credibility.
