Last week we shared the news that ticket scalpers over-estimated the demand for Travis Scott's Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour, and they've lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because the demand isn't there.
But things have only gotten worse for the rapper and the scalpers. StubHub is selling tickets to the first show in Charlotte, North Carolina for a measly $7, well below face value.
