Travis Scott has been hyping up his upcoming Utopia album.

It's a big album for LaFlame and for rap in general, as the genre's slump continues with no number-one albums or songs in 2023.

But Scott may have a much bigger issue on his plate.

Today, a grand jury in Texas is weighing whether Scott should be charged in the Astroworld disaster.

On November 5, 2021, a fatal crowd crush occurred during Scott's set at his 2021 Astroworld Festival in Houston.

Ten died and 25 more were hospitalized.

Scott's behavior during the festival has been criticized and he has been subject to numerous civil suits from the victims.

Now he may be involved in a criminal case.

Update:  Scott has been cleared by the grand jury.
