Tracy Morgan Speaks on How He & JAY-Z Are Proud Eskimo Brothers

Tracy Morgan grew up in the Tompkins Housing Projects which are across the street from the Marcy Houses complex that JAY-Z made famous.

"Whenever I see JAY -- I just saw JAY back at the Lion King premiere -- we start laughing about it.  He know who we're talking about.  We ain't gonna say names, because he gonna keep it professional.  But, trust, that p*ssy was good," Morgan explained.
