Earlier this week, Tory Lanez got ten years for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
It could have been worse: Prosecutors were asking for 13, and he could have gotten up to 23.
But it could have been better: His lawyers were pushing for no time, and they had letters from folks like Iggy Azalea and Tory's hair loss doctor attesting to his character.
Tory's attorney Jose Baez broke down his client's mindset post-sentence.
Beaz says Tory is feeling "low." But he wants to remain strong and is leaning on religion.
Baez also said the sentence was "harsh" and he thinks Tory is being made an example of because he's a celebrity. They plan on appealing the sentence.
