Tory Lanez seems to always be popping up and stirring the pot, and that's exactly what he did this weekend. 

Texas rapper Megan Thee Stallion hit IG Live over the weekend to show off her and Kylie Jenner enjoying a hot girl summer, while they both took a dip in a pool. 

During the Live, Tory Lanez crept up in the back and smiled, all while Megan told him not to get her phone wet.
