Tory Lanez allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020 has pretty much halted his career.

The incident happened while Meg's fame was rising considerably, and people were calling for the protection of Black women, namely due to Breonna Taylor being shot and killed by Louisville police that same year.

So, if you think about it, all of that created the perfect storm to damage the rapper's career.

But Tory continued to release music after being criticized for the shooting incident and he's now working on something new. The Canadian rapper shared the news with fans on Twitter, while saying he feels wronged.

"It’s a time where I feel like a lot of n*ggas played me and betrayed me ... and on top of that  .. I just got out a crazy break up ......the music bout to be stupid πŸ”₯πŸ˜ˆπŸ’”πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ FARGO," tweeted Tory.

Are you excited to hear what he's been cooking up?
