Tory Lanez Lawyers to Ask For Probation and Drug Rehab

Tory Lanez's lawyers have a plan for getting their client out of prison.

Lanez is facing up to 22 years when he will be sentenced for shooting Megan Thee Stallion next week.

In their sentencing memo they will present to the judge, Tory's attorneys will suggest the judge release Lanez from jail and sentence him to probation and a substance abuse program.  They will acknowledge that he is not eligible for probation but will argue that his case is unusual.  They will also state he is an alcoholic and has a mental disorder.

The prosecutors will ask for 13 years.
