Too Short Sheds Tears Over Brother's Recent Murder

Too $hort's older brother Wayne Shaw was shot and killed on Wednesday, January 29, in East Oakland.

It's been said that Shaw was guarding a marijuana grow outfit and was gunned down during a robbery attempt. He was 61 years old.

The legendary rapper shared his grief in two videos. One shows him crying in a vehicle while listening to the Ohio Players' song "Angel."

"Real Tears," $hort captioned the video.

In the second clip, he's seen bopping his head to the song "Pain," also by the Ohio Players.

"Aint really replying to a lot of texts or answering calls right now. I can’t," he wrote.

The shooting happened at 7:00am, and Shaw was sleeping in a warehouse during the break-in. He was later found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

No arrests have been made yet.
