When DMX straight up mocked Lloyd Banks's lyrical abilities the other day everyone was baffled.
They don't call Banks the Punch Line King for nothing.
It turns out it was all a case of mistaken G-Unit Identity, as in X had mistaken Lloyd Banks for Tony Yayo.
"It takes a real n***a to admit when he's wrong," typed the Yonkers rhymer on social. "My apologies to loyd banks I was thinking tony yayo when I was asked about banks. I f*ck with banks!"
Yayo was not happy about being caught in X's confusion crossfire and called the old crackhead a clout chaser.
