Tom Brady will be leading the New England Patriots when they kick off the season next Thursday against the Steelers.
This morning, US district Judge Richard Berman nullified the NFL's four game suspension of the Super Bowl champ for his connection to the deflation of footballs during the AFC playoffs.
The judge's ruling was based on procedural details -- not the facts of the case -- which make it very unlikely that Roger Goodell and the league can mount a successful appeal of his decision.
