In his new The L.I.B.R.A track "Wanna Know", T.I. confirmed the notorious rumor that his now-dead buddy Terrance "Cap" Beasley flat out pissed on Drake during the "Takers" premiere in 2010. Drake was said to have yelped and fled the theater.
"While I'm fightin' my own somehow got you home," T.I. rapped about Cap, who served time for murder . "So drunk in LA, end up pissin' on Drake, sh*t/F*ck it, that's still my brother since back in the trap house."
While T.I.'s disclosure may have thrilled Meek Mill -- who used the rumor to attack Drake during their beef of '15 -- Drake was none-too-happy.
So much so he unfollowed Tip on social.
However, T.I. insists it wasn't meant as a diss and that, in fact, he was helping Drake out by telling everyone it was a drunken mistake on the part of his friend, rather than "malicious" urination. [Jump to seven minutes.]
"I shut all that sh*t down," T.I. claimed in an interview with Ebro. “I didn’t wanna be part of something that was a harmless incident… I didn’t want it to be weaponized against anybody… I was pissed off at my partner when it happened. The wildest sh*t I’ve ever seen before in my f*cking life. You know what I’m saying? But that sh*t, I ain’t had no malicious intent ... I just don’t see how it could ever be taken as a diss. I don’t see how that could be. That would be someone allowing their emotions to manipulate them, if so."
Do you think revealing a man allowed another man to pee on him can ever not be a diss?
