Three Rappers Make Billboard's Top Artists Under 21 List

Rap has always been a young man's game.

This is especially true in an era in which Soundcloud can make anyone a star.

Billboard magazine just named their Top 21 artists under 21 and three rappers made the list. 20-year old Lil Yachty (4), 20-year old Kodak Black (6) and 20-year old Desiigner (10).

Here is the complete top ten:

1. Shawn Mendes (18 years old) 2. Lorde (20) 3. Khalid (19)

4. Lil Yachty (20) 5. Camila Cabello (20) 6. Kodak Black (20) 7. Hailee Steinfeld (20)

8. Grace VanderWaal (13) 9. CNCO (16-21) 10. Desiigner (20)

19-year-old XXXTentacion doesn't make the cut, despite his debut album racking up some pretty decent sales.

And it can't be because Billboard didn't want to give shine to someone with some nasty woman abusing allegations hanging over him because they did rank Kodak Black, who's facing 30-years for sexual assault.
