There's a new Top 40 of NYC list (we guess they couldn't think of 50 Big Apple rappers) that's causing a commotion for putting Cardi B at number one and Rich The Kid, Lil Tjay and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie in front of their OG's 50 Cent, Fabolous and Nas.
Rich brought increased attention to the wacky list by taking it seriously.
